In this key leadership role, you will be a part of a governance team responsible for quality assurance, clinical risk management advisory, innovation, audit and continuous improvement activities to ensure best practice and improved outcomes.
As a national provider in five states, you will have the added opportunity to travel to our different homes to share your expertise and guidance.Key areas of responsibility:Clinical Support: Provide clinical support and best practice advice to the Clinical Nurse Managers and their teams across all aspects of quality systems and clinical care.Project Leadership: Lead and participate in quality improvement and innovative projects aimed at continuously enhancing the care provided to consumers working with key stakeholders to enact positive changeClinical Governance: Assist in Internal Audits, ACQSC regulatory activities, Coronial Requests, collection of quality indicators across all allocated sites,
