This role is responsible for optimising plant performance, improving operational efficiencies and providing leadership and development to the metallurgical team.This position is offered on an 8:6 roster, working 10-hour shifts, with camp accommodation available in our newly established facilities for drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) candidates.Responsibilities include:Monitoring production performance against targets and budgetPreparing and reviewing production reportsOptimising metallurgical processes to improve plant performance and recoveryIdentifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiencySupporting product quality through collaboration with key stakeholdersLeading, mentoring and developing members of the metallurgical teamMaintaining high safety and housekeeping standardsAssisting with operational projects and continuous improvement initiativesAbout the Candidate:Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy,
