Applicants without Baseline clearance will not be considered.Detailed Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior UX Designer to deliver intuitive and user-centred digital experiences within a cooperative Agile environment.You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers and service designers to translate user and business needs into effective digital experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate intuitive, user-centred digital experiences and interfacesTranslate user and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designsConduct and support user research, usability testing and design validationDevelop and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable componentsApply accessibility, usability and responsive design principlesCollaborate with product managers, business analysts,



developers and service designersProvide clear design specifications and guidance to development teamsCommunicate and present design decisions effectively to stakeholdersRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong UX/UI design experience with a focus on user-centred designStrong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or equivalent toolsExperience with user research, usability testing and design validationExperience developing and maintaining design systems and reusable componentsStrong understanding of accessibility and responsive designExperience working within Agile delivery teamsStrong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsAbility to clearly explain and present design decisionsStrong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design and problem-solvingContract Contract opportunity with a likely chance of extension.Security Clearance A current AGSVA Baseline security clearance is mandatory.
