electrical and electronic faultsUsing advanced diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concernsPerforming repairs to manufacturer standards and specificationsCompleting complex diagnostic and technical repairs efficientlyCollaborating with Service Advisors and Parts teams to achieve outstanding customer outcomesSupporting workshop productivity and technical excellenceMaintaining accurate repair documentation and diagnostic reportsParticipating in manufacturer training and staying current with current vehicle technologiesDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Automotive TechnicianStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systemsExperience working within a dealership environmentToyota experience highly regarded but not essentialA commitment to delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfactionStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCurrent manual driver's licenceAbout Patterson CheneyPatterson Cheney is one of Australia's largest family-owned automotive businesses, representing leading brands including Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Isuzu UTE and major truck franchises.
