Storeman / Tools & Warehouse CoordinatorPreservation Technologies – Camperdown NSWStoreman / Tools & Warehouse Coordinator $80,000–$85,000 + super | Full time | SydneyPreservation Technologies is a specialist remedial building company carrying out concrete repairs, waterproofing, façade remediation and structural repair projects across Sydney.We're looking for a Storeman / Tools & Warehouse Coordinator to take responsibility for our warehouse, tools, equipment and stock.This is a stand-alone role.
You'll be responsible for keeping everything organised, maintained and where it needs to be.
We're looking for someone who is self-managed, practical and takes pride in keeping things under control.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse and storage areasMaintain and update tool and equipment registersTrack tools and equipment issued to employees and sitesReceive, check and organise deliveriesMaintain stock levels and identify items that need to be reorderedPrepare materials, tools and equipment for site teamsKeep the warehouse organised, clean and safeInspect tools and equipment for damage, faults and wearCarry out basic repairs and maintenance where possibleArrange servicing and repairs when requiredTest and tag electrical tools and equipment and maintain test and tag recordsEnsure tools and equipment are serviced,
maintained and fit for useManage tool calibration and testing requirementsLoad and unload deliveriesAssist with stocktakes and investigate discrepanciesCoordinate materials and equipment going to and returning from sitesDrive company vehicles to deliver tools and materials when requiredLiaise with suppliers and site teamsEnsure warehouse, tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained to a high standardAbout YouWe're looking for someone who:Holds a current MR driver's licenceHolds a current forklift licenceHolds a current White CardIs practical and mechanically mindedCan carry out basic tool and equipment repairsHas experience with, or is capable of learning, test and tagging of electrical equipmentIs organised and pays attention to detailCan manage their own workload without needing constant directionTakes responsibility for keeping things organisedIs reliable and takes pride in their workIs comfortable working independentlyCan communicate effectively with site teams and suppliersExperience in construction, building maintenance, tools or equipment is preferred.What We Offer$80,000–$85,000 + super, depending on experienceFull-time, permanent employmentA stand-alone role with responsibility for running your own areaA practical role with plenty of varietyStable work with an established remedial construction companyA straightforward and supportive working environmentIf you're organised, practical and good at keeping track of tools, equipment and stock, we'd like to hear from you.
