Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Resourcer to join our centralised recruitment team based in our Smithfield, NSW office.About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys connecting great candidates with opportunity, and takes pride in delivering quality talent to support operational success.
As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and shortlisting high-quality candidates to support our Account Managers and their client across Australia.
Working closely within a centralised recruitment function, you will ensure we consistently deliver strong talent pipelines to meet client demand.
****You will be working with Bullhorn ATS / CRM, so experience is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, attract, and engage suitable candidates across multiple industriesBuild and maintain strong talent pools to support ongoing labour hire demandWork closely with Account Managers to understand client requirements nationallyScreen candidates,
