About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join a well-established Australian-owned organisation on a permanent basis.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the financial function, supporting month-end processes and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis to the wider business.This is a broad Financial Accounting position suited to someone who enjoys working across a range of responsibilities and taking ownership of their work in a collaborative finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end financial accounting and reporting processesPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliationsManage intercompany accounting and rechargesAssist with budgeting,



forecasting and financial analysisSupport tax and statutory compliance requirementsPrepare management and ad hoc financial reportsAssist with year-end reporting and audit requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes and controlsWork closely with the Financial Controller and key internal stakeholdersAbout You5+ years' experience in Financial Accounting or a similar roleDemonstrated experience with intercompany recharges – essentialStrong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principlesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel and ERP systems experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification is desirableA proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlinesWhat's on Offer?
