We're looking for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join a collaborative team on a temporary contract during an exciting period of transition.Location: Eastern SuburbsContract: TemporaryIn this role, you'll:Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activitiesSupport onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and HRIS (ELMO experience highly regarded)Respond to People & Culture enquiries with professionalism and careAssist with process documentation, handovers and continuous improvement initiativesHelp ensure a seamless employee experience across the employee lifecycleWe're looking for someone with:Experience in a People & Culture or HR Coordinator/Administrator roleStrong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detailExperience with ELMO or another HRIS (highly regarded)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, adaptable and service-focused approachIf you're a quick learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced HR environment and wants to make an immediate impact, we'd love to hear from you
