Trade Allocation Administrator | Residential ConstructionWe are currently partnering with an award-winning, Australian owned project home builder who is currently seeking an experienced Trade Allocation Administrator to join a busy construction team based in Norwest.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple stakeholders and keeping processes running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the day-to-day allocation of construction jobs to the appropriate trades and subcontractorsKeep trade bookings, schedules and allocation records up to date across internal systemsManage Purchase Orders and ensure subcontractor and vendor details are accurately maintainedAssist with the setup and onboarding of new subcontractors and vendorsSupport call-forward and scheduling activities to keep construction workflows on trackMaintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across relevant systemsIdentify and escalatethe issues that may impact trade availability, compliance or construction timeframesProvide general administration and coordination support to the wider Construction teamAbout YouExperience in administration, coordination, scheduling or a similar support-based role in construction.Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent communication skills and confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholdersA calm and solutions-focused approach when working in a busy environmentInitiative and a willingness to take ownership of tasks from start to finishA collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider teamWhat's on OfferUp to $70k + SuperJoin a reputable & well known brand within residential constructionNorwest area, parking on siteMonday - Friday, Full timeTraining & career progression
