This position plays a critical role in the administration of planning/forecasting, scheduling, mobilisation and compliance of our workforce, ancillary equipment and fleet across multiple businesses.This is a part-time position based in Mackay, Monday – Friday, suit school hours ***** hours per week.
This position will work with internal operations, and external clients to develop forecasts and reports to ensure informed planning.
You will work in a highly dynamic environment,



with responsibility for utilising resources throughout the businesses whilst adapting to changing scopes and milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously reviewing and updating client contractor management systems such as CMS to ensure company is compliance for site worksMaintenance of fleet register and all associated servicing and compliance requirementsManagement of Navman and 4PS across the fleet and ancillary equipmentDealing with various regulatory bodies, including preparation and lodgement of required formsMaintenance of multiple databases and client portalsManagement of related requisitionsEquipment repair quotes and reportingPreparation of and record management of all people, fleet and compliance documentationAdhere to all workplace health and safety requirements at all timesFollow the rules and regulations of each specific site whilst following SCIG policies and proceduresProactively assisting other team members in achieving the company objectives aQualificationsPrevious experience in scheduling and forecastingideally in a mining, engineering or construction industryIntermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft suiteKnowledge and experience in SAP (preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet conflicting deadlinesStrong attention to detailComfortable in engaging with and influencing stakeholdersWell-presented and energeticAbility to multi-task, demonstrate resilience and work under pressureBenefits We OfferCompetitive salary and perks package including discounted school uniformsPermanent part times hours – would suit school hoursA collaborative and supportive work cultureThe chance to make a significant impact within a reputable organisation
