Medical Information Junior Associate – JET Program (2‐Year Program)

We're looking for early‐career professionals or recent graduates in pharmacy or life sciences to join our JET Program, a structured two‐year program designed to build robust foundations in Medical Information and pharmaceutical consulting across the Japan & Asia Pacific region.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
Provide accurate, timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders via several media sources (phone, emails, etc)
Handle and triage medical enquiries, escalating complex cases when required
Conduct literature searches (PubMed/MEDLINE) and support evidence‐based responses
Deliver scientific and technical information via written and verbal channels
Support translation activities (English Japanese)




Identify and report adverse events and product complaints in line with regulations
Participate in quality, compliance, and continuous learning activities
Collaborate across teams and support ad‐hoc projects and client initiatives
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly in a fast‐paced consulting environment
Interest in pharmaceutical consulting and medical information
Professional or native proficiency in Japanese is a strong advantage
Gain hands‐on experience with regional and global pharma clients
Develop technical, regulatory, and consulting skills
Learn in a supportive, quality‐driven environment with strong mentorship
