Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) seeks an Associate Vice President (AVP), Labor Relations to serve as its enterprise executive for labor strategy, collective bargaining, and union partnership.
The AVP will lead major negotiations and build a robust labor relations function to support nine unions representing over 17,000 employees.
The role requires a senior leader with a track record in complex, unionized environments and direct experience advising C-suite executives.
