You will join our Heavy Lift team on a FIFO roster across Australia, attending structured training at our Employee Development Centre in Bibra Lake while working toward a Certificate III in Rigging to become an Intermediate Rigger.
The program focuses on hands-on experience, safety, mentorship, and a transparent pathway to long-term career progression within Monadelphous.
