Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll have genuine ownership of the commercial function while contributing to a project that will have a lasting impact on local families and future generations.The Opportunity As Senior Contract Administrator, you'll be a key member of the project leadership team, taking ownership of the commercial management of the project from procurement through to final accounts.
You'll work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and subcontractors to drive commercial outcomes, manage risk and ensure the successful delivery of this important education project.We're looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and being actively involved in the decisions that keep projects moving forward.What You'll Be DoingManaging end-to-end contract administration across the project lifecycleLeading subcontractor procurement and package managementNegotiating and administering subcontract agreementsManaging variations, progress claims and cost forecastingDriving project budgets,
