Axial Training is seeking an enthusiastic and industry-focused Electrotechnology Trainer & Assessor to join our growing team.This is more than delivering training — it's an opportunity to share your experience, inspire the next generation and help young people take their first steps towards a rewarding career in the electrical industry.What You'll Be DoingAs part of this role, you may be responsible for delivering and supporting:Certificate III Electrotechnology training and assessmentCertificate II Electrotechnology programs delivered to secondary school studentsPractical, hands-on electrical training and theoryStudent mentoring, support and assessmentDeveloping confident, capable and work-ready studentsMaintaining quality training, assessment and compliance requirementsWorking closely with Axial Training's team and our school partnersYou'll have the opportunity to work directly with schools and students, bringing your real-world electrical experience into the classroom and workshop and helping students understand what a career in the electrical industry can really look like.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Qualified and experienced in ElectrotechnologyAn experienced Trainer & Assessor,
