and toiletingAssisting with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment Supporting clients with meals, feeding, and hydrationHelping clients with dressing and maintaining their personal appearanceOffering companionship and emotional support to promote client wellbeingPerforming light housekeeping tasks including making beds, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environmentObserving and reporting any changes in clients' health or behaviourEngaging clients in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional wellbeingCollaborating with nurses and allied health professionals to ensure quality careWhat We're Looking ForCertificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or equivalentA valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleA current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain oneMust have work rights in AustraliaA genuine passion for helping others and pride in delivering high-quality personal care services.Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a solid work ethicA desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our veteran clientsPrevious experience in personal care or aged care (preferred but not essential)Solid communication skills and ability to work well in a teamCan travel across Stockleigh, Yatala and Coomera.
