giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across a diverse range of audiology and ear health services.What You'll DoConducting comprehensive hearing assessments for clients aged 10 years and overConducting audiological assessments, diagnosis and development of individualised management plansProviding bespoke hearing and communication solutions based on each client's needs, lifestyle and goalsFitting, programming, fine-tuning and managing hearing aids and other hearing devicesConducting ear health assessments, including video otoscopyPerforming aural microsuction and ear wax managementProviding custom hearing protection solutions for individuals and workplacesTaking ear impressions for custom hearing protection and custom in-ear monitors (CIEMs)Working with musicians, performers, sound engineers and other professionals who rely on their hearingWorking with DVA, private and insurance-funded clientsEducating clients and the wider community about hearing health and hearing loss preventionMaintaining accurate clinical records and high-quality clinical documentationReferring clients to GPs, ENT specialists, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers when appropriateCollaborating with educators, allied health professionals, community organisations and workplace health professionalsContributing to hearing conservation programs and initiatives across different industriesEngaging with the community to promote hearing health, prevention and accessible ear careKeeping up to date with advances in audiology,



hearing technology and evidence-based clinical practiceAbout YouA recognised qualification in AudiologyFull membership with Audiology Australia or an equivalent professional bodyA current Clinical Certificate of PracticeClinical experience as an AudiologistExperience conducting hearing assessments, diagnostics and treatment planningExperience with hearing aid fitting, programming and hearing technologyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and provide effective counsellingA genuine commitment to patient-centred care and achieving the best possible outcomesThe ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a collaborative teamInitiative and a willingness to contribute ideas and continuously improve the services we provideA commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practiceExperience in the following areas is highly regardedAural microsuction / manual ear wax removalCustom hearing protectionEar impression takingCustom in-ear monitors (CIEMs)Hearing conservation programsDVA servicesInsurance-funded servicesWorking with musicians, performers or people working in high-noise environmentsDon't have experience in all of these areas?
