You will be engaged in a mix oflitigation, advice and transaction work focussed on planning lawissues.
This may include planning approvals and appeals, majorproject approvals, planning agreements, land acquisition, adviceand due diligence.To be considered for this role you will ideally have;A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a reputableEnvironment & Planning practiceExperience in the conduct of proceedings relating toplanning matters,
including the Planning and EnvironmentCourtStrong time management & organisational skills with thecapacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting prioritiessimultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills includingstrong drafting skillsAn interest in mentoring Associates, Lawyers andGraduatesStrong academic achievementsThe successful candidate will need to be an energetic, drivenand focused individual.
