We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Production Assistant to support our small production and warehouse operation.About the RoleThis is a practical role involving the preparation, filling, packing and handling of construction chemical products.
Full training will be provided.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with the mixing and preparation of products according to batch instructionsFilling, weighing, sealing and labelling containersCompleting batch cards and basic production recordsPreparing finished products for storage or dispatchChecking product labels, quantities and packaging qualityReceiving and organising raw materials and packagingMaintaining a clean, protected and organised production areaAssisting with stock counts and inventory controlFollowing safety procedures and correctly using personal protective equipmentProviding general warehouse support when requiredAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Is reliable,



punctual and willing to learnEnjoys practical, hands‐on workCan follow written instructions accuratelyHas strong attention to detailCan work independently and as part of a small teamUnderstands the importance of cleanliness, quality and workplace safetyIs physically capable of lifting and handling containers and materialsHas basic reading, writing and numerical skillsHas the right to work in AustraliaPrevious experience in manufacturing, chemical production, construction products, warehousing or packaging would be helpful but is not essential.A forklift licence would be an advantage but is not required.Position DetailsPart‐time positionThree fixed days per week: Wednesday, Thursday and FridayWorking hours: 8:00 am to 3:30 pmStable daytime working hoursTraining providedWe are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and would like to become a dependable member of our growing team.
