Job Description
St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an experienced Nursing or Allied Health clinician to support the Andrew Dent MH&AOD; Hub in the Emergency Department.
You will assess, coordinate care and discharge plans for patients with complex mental health, AOD, homelessness and psychosocial needs, working with ALERT and the multidisciplinary team.
The role focuses on 1:00 pm–9:00 pm shifts, collaborating with community services and ensuring secure patient flow and coordinated transitions into services.
