With our growing production operations, we're looking for an experienced Dough Mixer / Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.If you have experience with dough mixing, food production, or operating industrial mixing equipment, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleWorking closely with the Production team, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing dough according to production requirements while ensuring quality, consistency, and food safety standards are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and mixing dough according to recipes and production requirementsOperating and monitoring industrial mixing equipmentMeasuring and preparing ingredients accuratelyChecking dough consistency and quality throughout productionAdjusting mixing times and settings as requiredFollowing food safety, hygiene,



and workplace safety proceduresCleaning and maintaining mixing equipment and work areasCompleting production and traceability recordsWorking closely with the production team to meet daily targetsIdentifying and reporting any production or quality issuesSupporting continuous improvement and waste reduction initiativesWhat We're Looking ForPrevious dough mixing experience is requiredExperience in food manufacturing or productionExperience operating commercial or industrial mixers is an advantageStrong understanding of food safety and quality standardsGood attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accuratelyReliable, organised, and able to work well in a teamComfortable working in a quick-paced production environmentGood communication and problem-solving skillsWorking HoursMonday to Friday4:00 AM startFull-time or casual opportunities availableSome weekend work may be required when neededThe early 4:00 AM start is an essential requirement for this position.If you have hands-on dough mixing experience and are comfortable with an early morning start, we'd love to hear from you!
