You'll be part of our Mobile Service Desk team, based on-site at our Gold Coast office.Key responsibilitiesManaging orders - handling customer requests for smartphones, tablets, and laptops, from configuration and accessories through to coordinating delivery to end-users, and troubleshooting basic hardware and software issuesBuilding relationships - developing strong, trusted partnerships with government and corporate Telstra customers, supporting them by phone, email, and face-to-faceProcessing and delivering orders efficiently and within strict timeframesMoving comfortably between Microsoft, Telstra, and Techwell's own custom-built platformsWorking closely with Service Desk colleagues, Account Managers, and Solution Specialists to keep improving how we support our customersFlagging urgent issues quickly and keeping clients informed every step of the wayAbout youA friendly, approachable manner and genuine enthusiasm for helping peopleReliability - we need to know we can count on youStrong communication and collaboration skills,
