We are seeking an experienced Lawyer (Associate/Senior Associate) to join a well-established and highly regarded Brisbane firm.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:
Trust structuresCorporate structuring and restructuresShare sales and acquisitionsShareholder and unitholder agreementsEmployee share and incentive schemesBusiness structuring and succession planningCommercial agreements and general advisory workTax-effective structuring (in conjunction with accountants and professional advisers)
You will work directly with business owners and key decision-makers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice aligned to their strategic objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Admission as a Lawyer in AustraliaExperience in corporate/commercial lawStrong technical ability and attention to detailExperience managing files and client relationships with minimal supervisionA commercially minded, solutions-focused approachConfidence working directly with business owners and advisersStrong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills
