We are seeking an experienced Workforce Rostering Coordinator with preferable Payroll experience from State Government for an immediate start.
This short-term chance (approximately 3 months) will support workforce functions rather than traditional end-to-end payroll processing.The role will focus on payroll validation, workforce data accuracy, and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll-related information is correct and processed within required timeframes.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong payroll system (Chris 21) knowledge who enjoys problem solving, data accuracy, and providing high-quality customer service within a government environment.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate payroll and workforce data to ensure accuracy and compliance with organisational requirementsReview overtime, additional hours,
and workforce transactions within the payroll systemSupport workforce planning processes by ensuring payroll data integrityLiaise with internal stakeholders and shared services payroll teams to resolve payroll-related queriesAssist with payroll-related documentation and system updatesProvide high-level customer service in responding to employee payroll enquiriesEssential RequirementsDemonstrated experience usingChris21 payroll system(essential)Previous payroll experience, preferably within government or large organisationsStrong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracyExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesMust hold acurrent National Police Check
