This is a new opportunity with a leading business in south west SydneyThe location is in the Campbeltown / Camden / Liverpool / Narellan / Macarthur area.We are partnered with a leading firm to support a long-term project requiring a Dayforce Payroll / HCM implementation.The client is executing a major Dayforce implementation and is seeking a hands-on HCMconsultant with experience supporting one or more of the following Dayforce modules (Reporting, Talent Management (Performance & Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding).
About this roleDayforce Functional DeliveryConfigure and support Dayforce Reporting, Talent Management, Recruiting, and/or Onboarding modules * Translate business requirements into system configuration* Support business process optimization and solution design * Maintain alignment between Dayforce configuration and business objectives* Identify and resolve functional gapsReportingDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards,



and analytics solutions * Gather reporting requirements and support validation activities* Support operational and management reporting needsTalent ManagementConfigure and support Performance Management and Succession Planning processes * Support talent review, goal management, and employee development initiativesConfigure and support recruiting workflows and onboarding processes * Support candidate lifecycle management and current hire experiences* Troubleshoot recruiting and onboarding issuesTechno-Functional DeliverySupport requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders * Perform hands-on configuration and validation* Support system and user testing activities * Assist with defect triage and resolution* Produce clear documentation of implemented solutionsSupport client discussions and solution workshops * Provide guidance on Dayforce functionality and best practices* Communicate risks and dependencies clearly * Work independently while aligned with the broader delivery teamIs this you?
