As a Social Worker, you will:Deliver evidence based, recovery focused mental health careLead psychosocial and family assessments, care planning and reviewsCoordinate care and provide crisis, rehabilitation and assertive supportBuild partnerships with consumers, families, carers and key servicesContribute to education, research, quality improvement and supervisionAbout YouYou'll bring sound mental health Social Work expertise and a recovery focused approach, along with:A degree eligible for AASW full membershipClinical experience in mental health and complex careSkilled psychosocial, family, safety and housing assessmentStrong care planning,
