Job Description
TeamHEALTH in Katherine, NT is seeking a passionate Child and Family Wellbeing Worker to deliver strength-based case management and outreach support to vulnerable children, young people and families.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will build referral pathways, develop Family Action Plans, provide education on mental health awareness and may travel to remote communities across Darwin and regional NT.
