That's why our core vision is simple yet powerful: we drive Australians to be more adventurous.About the RoleThe Company Car Fleet Controller is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of MMAL's company vehicle fleet, supporting vehicle ordering, allocation, compliance, financial administration and driver support.
Working closely with employees, dealers and internal stakeholders, you will help to ensure that the fleet operates efficiently while delivering a high standard of service.Core ResponsibilitiesManage the company vehicle fleet lifecycle, including vehicle ordering, allocation, return and associated administrationProvide advice and support to employees, dealers and internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate fleet records and ensure compliance,
invoicing and reporting requirements are completed in a timely mannerSupport the ongoing improvement of fleet systems, processes and reporting, including for SAP and FioriContribute to a high-performing team environment through a proactive and customer-focused approachEssential Skills and ExperienceExperience in fleet administration or a comparable operational or customer service environmentDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWell-developed customer service, communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with SAP, Fiori, or similar enterprise systems will be highly regardedIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and OutlookAdventure Begins WithinAt MMAL, we don't just build vehicles - we build connections, opportunities, and a culture that drives people forward.Our culture is built on the values of innovation, collaboration, accountability, respect, resilience, and engagement.
