you jump in to create amazing customer experiencesThe following are the responsibilities and requirements for the role of a Bookseller.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and connect with customers in a warm, authentic wayAsk outstanding questions to understand what they love to readRecommend books with passion, knowledge, and heartWork with your team to achieve sales goalsCelebrate and sell our monthly Book of the Month and VIP offersWork as part of a supportive, fun, high-performing teamContribute to store presentation, ensuring our bookstores are organised, easy to navigate and clean.
This includes assisting with stock processes such as processing a delivery, completing product lookups and filling all shelving unitsRequirementsAbility to work on the floor for long periods of timeLift boxes of stock up to 15kgAble to climb a ladderAble to push/pull a stock trolley and assist with the moving of equipment like display tables when requiredFlexible availability including late night trade and weekends.
