Working closely with the Casual Workforce Team, Education colleagues and People & Culture, you'll help ensure payroll information is accurate, processes run smoothly and stakeholders receive a reliable and positive experience.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate timesheets for training and subject specific preparation, payment approvals and payroll administration for the casual workforce.Support weekly job scheduling and maintain accurate casual workforce information.Review and improve processes to support efficient workflows and accurate payroll coordination.Partner with Education teams and People & Culture to ensure workforce records align with relevant policies.Provide administrative support to the Casual Workforce Team and contribute to a positive stakeholder experience.Handle sensitive information and enquiries with sound judgment, discretion and professionalism.ABOUT YOUYou're highly organised, accurate and comfortable managing competing priorities in a busy operational environment.
You enjoy working with people,



building positive relationships and contributing to practical solutions that improve processes and service delivery.
