- Earn Extra on us through the ECEC GrantTeamKids is looking for a Program Manager to lead our large and vibrant OSHC service.This is a full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional who is ready to take ownership of a high-volume service, lead a strong leadership team and drive consistency, quality and growth across the program.The Role Position: Program Manager Location: Gledswood Hills Contact Hours: 7:00am–9:00am & 1:50pm–4:50pm Administration: 10 hours per week Leadership Structure: Program Manager + 2 x Directors of Service + 2 x 2ICs.The service is a large service operating across two separate environments – Juniors and Seniors.
This creates an exciting and complex operational environment for a leader who enjoys managing multiple priorities and building strong systems and routines.As Program Manager, you will work closely with the onsite leadership team to oversee the day-to-day success of the service across Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.This is a hands-on leadership role.
You won't be leading from behind a desk.
You'll be visible on the floor, working alongside your team, providing coaching and support and ensuring the service operates to a high standard.What You'll Be DoingLead the day-to-day operations of a large, high-volume OSHC serviceOversee operations across both the Juniors and Seniors sitesWork closely with the Directors of Service and 2ICs to provide robust and consistent leadershipLead, coach, mentor and develop permanent and casual educatorsSupport your team during contact hours and lead by exampleManage staffing, ratios, compliance,



programming and operational requirementsBuild strong relationships with children, families, school leaders and the wider school communityOversee communication with families and the schoolEstablish strong routines, systems and processes across the serviceDrive high-quality, engaging and inclusive programmingIdentify issues early and take ownership of finding solutionsMaintain high standards of safety, compliance and qualityEnsure administration is completed accurately and within required timeframesBuild a positive, accountable and high-performing team cultureSupport the continued growth and development of the serviceAbout YouStrong OSHC leadership experience, highly desirableExperience managing a split-site service or multiple operating environments, essentialExperience leading permanent and casual teamsStrong operational and organisational skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and changing needsConfidence leading, directing, coaching and holding a team accountableStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent administration and attention to detailStrong follow-through and the ability to close the loopA proactive and solutions-focused approachConfidence managing staffing, ratios, compliance and programmingThe ability to maintain high standards in a busy and constantly changing environmentWhy Join TeamKids?
