Acting as the primary interface between UGL and Chevron management teams, you will oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and compliance activities while driving operational excellence and value for money.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and accountability for UGL project activities on siteLead project delivery to ensure safety, quality, schedule,
and commercial objectives are achievedBuild and maintain strong partnerships with client representatives, site teams, and subcontractorsMentor, coach, and develop project teams to achieve exceptional performanceDrive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives through UGL's Centre of ExcellenceManage project budgets, forecasts, estimates, and financial reportingPromoting a proactive and positive safety environment by championing UGL's One HSE cultureMonitor KPI performance and implement corrective actions where requiredEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, and company proceduresOversee risk management, audits, compliance reviews, and non-conformance resolutionSupport industrial relations matters and contribute to a positive workplace culturePrepare and present monthly performance and project reports to stakeholdersQualificationsRelevant Trade Qualification and/or Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related disciplineExperienceMinimum 10 years' experience in a senior project leadership roleStrong background delivering projects within construction, maintenance, resources, infrastructure,
