Job DescriptionAn established quarry operator is seeking a Quarry Manager to lead multiple quarry operations with a robust focus on crusher & screener performance, production targets, and safety leadership.This role suits an experienced Quarry Manager or Senior Supervisor ready to step into a high-accountability position.Act as Statutory Supervisor (SSE) across multiple quarry sitesManage day-to-day operations, production output, and site performanceOversee and optimise crushing & screening operations (fixed & mobile plant)Lead, develop, and manage site teams (up to 20 personnel)Implement and maintain safety systems, risk management, and complianceEnsure operations meet legislative, environmental, and company standardsDrive continuous improvement in production, uptime, and cost controlAbout the CandidateSSE Qualification preferred but not essential - can be put through trainingProven experience managing quarry or mining operationsStrong background with crushers & screeners (critical requirement)Experience managing multiple sitesDemonstrated safety leadership and system-based safety managementStrong production, planning, and people management skills
