are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+haveminimum 1 yearpost-admission orMORE(up to associate level) practisinginrestructuring/insolvencylaw (preferably) OR general commercial litigation (with keen interest in insolvency if no prior experience) with reputable lawfirms;
