Job Description
The Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) is seeking an experienced complaints officer for our Melbourne office.
This hybrid, full-time role focuses on delivering timely, respectful responses to inquiries, assessing eligibility, and supporting the ECMP processes from initial contact through to potential mediation or appeal.
Applicants should have 2–3 years in complaint handling, a relevant tertiary qualification, robust IT skills and the ability to work autonomously under pressure
