Job Description
Your Community Health is seeking an experienced Urgent Care Clinical Manager to lead a busy community-based urgent care clinic at our Northcote site.
You will oversee a team of GPs, RNs and reception staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, high clinical quality and effective daily operations.
The role combines hands-on clinical leadership with strategic workforce planning.
