Skills required:
Previous experience as aStore Manager or strong Assistant Store Managerwithin a fashion retail or customer service environment.
Proven ability tolead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Strong commercial acumen with a proven understanding ofKPIs, budgets, sales performance and their impact on a business.
Ability toanalyse performance, identify opportunities and implement strategiesto drive sales and growth.
Strong understanding ofcustomer experience and sales leadership.
