Hanes Australasia is seeking an experienced Payroll Operations Manager to lead the payroll function across multi-site operations in Melbourne.
Based in our Kew Support Centre, you will drive operational excellence, people leadership and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, compliant payroll on time.
You will manage a payroll team, ensure compliance with Australian legislation and awards, and partner with Finance and People & Culture to provide expert payroll support.
