Job Description
Accurately and efficiently dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
Manage day-to-day store, dispensary, and team operations
Manage dispensary inventory and process orders
Provide skilled patient counselling and complete patient care solutions
Supervise Interns, Student Pharmacists, and Dispensary Assistants
Support and develop new business strategies in pharmacy best practice
Provide high-quality pharmacy services that adhere to industry standards
Requirements
Qualified Pharmacist with valid AHPRA registration
Experience dispensing medications in a community pharmacy environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commercial acumen and attention-to-detail skills
Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities
Demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills
Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
Must hold appropriate working rights
Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
Ability to perform repeated movements and lift heavier items during stock replenishment
