Job Description
Cadence Constructions is seeking an experienced defects and maintenance leader to own the post-handover lifecycle for Class 2 residential projects in Sydney.
You will manage defect liability, maintenance, warranty positions and end-user experience, coordinating with strata, owners and managers, and ensuring compliance with NCC and Home Building Act warranties.
You will drive defect processes end-to-end, hold subcontractors to account, supervise reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement
