Reporting to the Strategic Planning Co-Ordinator and based in Windsor, you will develop strategic policies relating to land development and advise on complex planning matters using best practice principles.About YouTo be successful in this position you must have a degree qualification in Town Planning and a strong background in Land Use Strategy/plan development supported by expertise with related legislation.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Essential CriteriaDegree qualification in Town Planning, Urban Planning or related discipline recognised by the Planning Institute of Australia.Demonstrated experience in strategic land use planning within Local Government or a comparable planning environment (typically 6+ years).
