This newly created Finance Manager – Funds Finance role plays a critical part in that journey, partnering directly with the business as we mature our finance capability and set ourselves up for the future.Finance Manager who is a true business partner someone who brings strong funds and property experience, sound technical judgement, and the confidence to operate at a high level while building trusted relationships across the business.What You'll DoAs part of the Funds Management & Capital Partnering Finance team, you'll oversee the financial management of a portfolio of capital partnerships and property funds across multiple asset classes.This role exists to provide strong commercial insight, governance and operational leadership as our funds platform continues to grow and evolve.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and broader Group Finance to ensure scalable, high quality outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Owning financial reporting, forecasting and performance insights for funds and capital partnershipsProviding final approvals and technical oversight while leveraging delivery support from our TCS teamActing as a senior finance business partner to Funds Management, supporting investment, capital, and operational decisionsSupporting the onboarding and operationalisation of new capital partnershipsLeading audit processes,



compliance requirements and stakeholder engagementDriving continuous improvement across processes as the platform matures and scalesBuilding strong relationships across Finance, Funds Management, Tax, Treasury and external partnersAbout YouYou're an experienced funds finance professional who enjoys operating close to the business.
