A National Tier 1 mechanical contractor is looking to bring on a Mechanical Drafter to support their growing project pipeline across BrisbaneThis business delivers projects across commercial, healthcare, data centres and industrial sectors, with mechanical packages ranging from $2M–$20M+.
You'll be working closely with engineers, project managers and site teams, producing coordinated drawings and supporting the delivery of projects from design through to construction.ResponsibilitiesProduce mechanical services drawings (ductwork, pipework and plant layouts)Develop coordinated shop drawings for installationWork within Revit and AutoCAD to produce detailed models and drawingsCoordinate services with other trades through BIMAssist project teams with design changes and drawing updatesRequirementsExperience as a Mechanical Drafter within building services / HVACStrong Revit and AutoCAD experienceExperience working with a mechanical contractor or building services consultancyGood understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical layoutsWhat's on offerStrong pipeline of secured workExposure to major commercial and data centre projectsCompetitive salary packageLong-term prospect with a growing contractor
