We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Front office Superstar with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to oversee our daily operations.
This position is available for an immediate start for the right candidate.You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hostel's day-to-day operations, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience while staying with us.
You'll be the go-to person for any guest queries and questions and will work closely with our friendly team to ensure the smooth running of our facilities.At Banana Backpackers, we believe that having fun and providing great service go hand in hand.
We're looking for someone who not only has a great vibe and energy but also possesses excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate our team.
You'll be up-to-date with all the latest exciting things to do in the hostel and the surrounding area, ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience during their stay.What's in it for you?

ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality customer service is provided to guestsManage reservations and check-ins, payments and check outsHandle customer queries and questionsBuild and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendorsMaintain cleanliness and safety standards - some ad hoc cleaning requiredDeal with any issues that arisePromotion of the businessRequirementsAttention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and problem-solving skillsProficient in computer applications and softwareGood understanding of Cloudbeds property management systems and social media platforms is favorableStrong ability to multitaskAbility to work a 4 on 4 off roster, including weekends and holidaysInterviews for this position will start immediately so if you have a can do attitude and are keen to chat with people from all over the world, we want to hear from you!
