Our team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will be working in a busy environment with rotating shifts across a 24/7 service (Monday - Friday shift times ranging between 7:30am and 6:00pm.)Key responsibilities will include:Responding to emails and incoming calls to the department switchboard, managing enquiries, scheduling appointmentsWelcoming and registering patients and general accounts and billing dutiesAssisting with the collating of patient reports and mailing of patient discs to the requested doctorsWhat we're looking for:Previous office experience preferably within medical receptionComputer literacy and proficiency or ability to learn patient administration softwareExcellent customer service, communication skills and telephone techniqueExceptional organisational,
