The organisation is entering a period of anticipated change, creating an chance for an experienced People & Culture leader to support teams, strengthen culture and guide the organisation through transition.About The RoleReporting to the CSO and partnering closely with executive leadership, this People & Culture Manager role offers the opportunity to shape how people, leadership and ways of working are experienced across the organisation.
You will lead a small team, guide key people initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business.
This role suits an experienced People & Culture leader who brings credibility, emotional intelligence and sound judgement, and who can influence outcomes through thoughtful guidance and strong relationships.DUTIESLead and implement a practical people and culture strategy aligned to organisational prioritiesDrive cultural improvement initiatives across professional and specialist teamsPartner with senior leaders on change management, restructures and workforce planningManage complex employee relations matters with empathy, confidence and discretionBuild people leadership capability across the organisationLead,
coach and develop a People & Culture team of three direct reportsOversee HR operations, compliance, risk and governance activitiesSkills & ExperienceTertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or similarProven experience in a senior HR or People & Culture leadership roleStrong background in employee relations, restructures and organisational changeHigh emotional intelligence with a thoughtful, balanced and pragmatic HR styleExperience supporting leaders to become effective people managersBackground in not-for-profit, purpose-led or complex environments (advantageous)Our Recruitment ProcessAt Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
