Belgravia Outdoor Education is seeking a Site Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Camp Narmbool, a beautiful camp and accommodation venue set in regional Victoria.This is a hands-on role where you'll support a small team, ensure guests have a great experience, and help the site continue to grow.
You'll have plenty of support from the wider Belgravia Outdoor Education team while enjoying the autonomy to run the site as your own.What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting the in office teamEnsuring guests enjoy a positive experienceOverseeing accommodation, catering and site presentationBuilding relationships with schools, groups and visitorsManaging bookings,
