Working with government and institutional clients, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values professional growth, exposure to diverse projects and the development of long‐term client relationships.This is a great prospect for an experienced project management skilled to apply their existing skills and industry knowledge while continuing to develop their capability within a highly respected consultancy.What You'll be DoingManage all phases of the project from Design through construction and completion activities to ensure that the client's objectives are metManage the procurement and appointment of consultants on behalf of clients in conjunction with the staff allocated to the projectOversee the administration of consultant contractsAssist in the preparation of programs for the design, construction and general delivery of construction projectsAdvise clients on the most appropriate option for the design and the construction of their project and provide concise reports to ClientsManage documentation for the selection of contractors, in liaison with the ClientAdminister or oversee the administration of construction contractsManage the handover of the works including defect rectification and operational training where appropriateConduct meetings as required for the effective delivery of projectsProvide reports that are concise and address the issues that are relevant to recipientProvide leadership to the internal and external project team to effectively deliver projectsWhat You'll BringTertiary qualifications in a property or a construction related disciplinePrevious experience as a Project Manager,
