You will work closely with senior leadership and the CFO, providing commercial clarity and forward-looking analysis to support innovation and growth.Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processBuild, maintain and enhance 3-way forecasting models across multiple revenue streamsDevelop and maintain pricing models to support commercial decision-makingDeliver clear,



commercial insights to support business and investment decisionsProvide scenario and sensitivity analysis to support strategic decision-makingPartner with operational leaders to provide meaningful commercial insights and cross-functional workflowsImprove profitability analysis through stronger structuring of financial dataDrive continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reportingREQUIREMENTSCA/CPA qualified, or equivalent commercial finance experienceExperience in a commercial finance, FP&A;, or senior finance role, ideally within an SME or growth environmentExperience with Xero is a distinct advantageStrong commercial acumen with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insightsComfortable operating in a rapid-paced, evolving organisationHands-on, proactive, and solutions-orientedConfident communicator able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
