About the Roles
Depending on your skills and experience, your role may involve:
Assisting customers with product selections across carpet, vinyl, hybrid, timber, and window coverings
Providing expert advice tailored to each customer's style, budget, and project needs
Preparing personalised quotes and project solutions
Estimating materials from plans and measurements
Maintaining a professional,



welcoming showroom environment
Delivering exceptional customer service from first enquiry to final installation
Representing the Discount City Carpets brand with professionalism and pride
Working collaboratively within a supportive, experienced retail team
What We're Looking For:
While prior experience in flooring or similar industries (ceramics, curtains and blinds, kitchen and robes, or building estimation) is beneficial, we encourage candidates with strong sales experience in any field to apply.
